Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within mainland UK.

If the item is in stock, then your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receipt of payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it within 3 days after dispatch.

Allow for an additional 2 days for items that require a finish to be applied to the wood.

If the item is not in stock and therefore to be manufactured, then we aim to manufacture the product within 2 weeks. If there are any delays, then you will be informed of the expected timings.

In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then we will arrange for collection of the item and and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
